How are we different from a full service brokerage??
The only difference between One Percent Broker and a traditional Realtor® is that we do not drive our clients around and show homes that are for sale. (We do provide guidance and detailed information about homes that are for sale, as well as open houses.) Once YOU find a home you want to buy, our role is the same as that of a full service brokerage. We will consult with you regarding the purchase, carefully prepare and present your offer and expertly guide you through the ALL facets of escrow.
We do not cut corners when it comes to protecting your interests. We are PERSONALLY AVAILABLE to address any issues or concerns which may arise and in most cases attend the property's physical inspection. (Other "discount" brokers do not or charge a fee.) Additionally, you will have the benefit of a seasoned real estate "broker" with over 10 years experience, whereas many Realtors® are "agents" who are required to work under the supervision of a broker and thus have lower qualifications and less experience.
At the end of escrow, you will receive a credit equal to all of our commission above 1% (minimum $6,000 commission) of the purchase price. We are not aware of any other brokerage that offers comparable personal service and saves you as much money as we do.
